ブルーヘブンが「青冥」の名前の由来です。
芥川賞作家の井上靖先生に命名していただきました。
一瞬で過ぎ去る流行よりも、
ずっと残る伝統を大切に。
そんな想いをモットーに
関西を中心に展開してまいりました。

馴染みの定番料理からコース料理

What kind of restaurant is Ching-Ming?
We celebrated our 58th anniversary on September 23rd.
The vast blue sky.The name ‘Ching-Ming’ comes from ‘Blue Heaven’.
It was named by the Akutagawa Prize-winning author Yasushi Inoue.
We cherish traditions that last longer than fleeting trends.With this philosophy,
we have been expanding mainly in the Kansai region.
We offer a rich variety of familiar staple dishes,
from classic cuisine that you’ve likely tried somewhere before to course meals,
as well as casual lunches, all available for you to enjoy in various settings.
So, what kind of restaurant is the Ching-Ming Daimaru Umeda store?
It is directly connected to JR Osaka Station,
so you can visit without getting wet in the rain.
The interior is barrier-free and the air conditioning is comfortable.
